We’re thrilled you’re joining us! This page has everything you need to get started, including registration forms, safeguarding paperwork and our membership agreements.
There are a few forms to complete, and you may be asked for the same details more than once. We know that can feel a little repetitive, but each form helps us meet our data protection and safeguarding responsibilities. Thank you for bearing with us!
First, please have a quick read of our membership agreement. It outlines what you can expect from The DODS, what we ask of our members, and how things work if you’re cast in a show.
Membership Agreement – Onstage
Next, for anyone under 18, a parent or guardian needs to complete the junior safeguarding form. This gives us the information we need to look after them while they’re with us.
If you’re cast in a show, we’ll then ask you to complete a membership application. You can leave that one until you’ve been offered a part.
And finally, if you’d rather not appear in photos online, you can complete our photography opt-out form for each show you’re involved in.
